I was always worried that this wouldn’t allow me to lose weight by tracking calories. Now revisiting this video, I wonder why I was ever worried
this is horrific
im commenting like 10 years after this video was posted.. but id just like to add, that more calories does not equal "Unhealthy". Therefore, saying that you "accidentally" ate a Mc Donalds burger, is super inaccurate. The calories might be there, but the contents of the food is much more important for health.

It doesn't really matter. If you maintain your weight on a "labeled" 3,000 calories and you cut the portions by 1/3 to a "labeled" 2,000 calories you are going to lose weight.
