Yes I will attest that as a lady dudes who are gamers especially those who donβt make money off of it are the least attractive people on the planet and thatβs quite a statement because there are a lot of other categories but dudes who play video games are revolting even if they are aesthetically pleasing just gross
I could set up a Netflix and chill session most days but I choose not too all the time because it just doesnβt seem worth it anymore. I feel empty when I finish, just tired of it.
I agree with your theories on social media impacting intimacy with friends but what about it interfering with your actual intimate partner (wife, husband, bf, gf)? That can be wherein the problem lies. Social media can create division in intimate relationships cancelling out things like sex, human touch, or even basic undivided attention that one partner gives another. There is a destructive force at play, and given the addictive nature we may find ourselves in social media, escapism and constant phone presence, it would follow that sex drives and intimate pursuits would diminish. We all need to unplug from the virtual world we've created for ourselves in order to foster deeper human connection. I'm wondering if maybe this is a reason you quit your daily vlogs? My sense is that you were consumed by the pressure to put out content everyday, the constant hamster wheel of working, at the expense of living in the present with your wife and family? If so, good for you for recognizing it and moving towards personal fulfillment with your family.
Casey is 100% correct about S.M. fulfilling the intimacy humans need. I'm old enough to know how it felt to be single pre-S.M.(=loneliness, boredom, sad). So I'd put myself out there in society to meet a match (boyfriend). Now I'm single and perfectly content to stay home alone and entertainment myself with S.M. I don't think that's all that good, though, as I've been single for over a long time. I've already raised my kids, am divorced, but if I don't get my ass out there I'll be spending my golden years alone.
I know that it frowned upon to hook up in the work place but many of us would not be here if it weren't for workplace hookups so some of it could be the work from home trend. Also realize that this is 2 years old and no one will read this.
at the end of the video i ask a couple questions. maybe use this thread to answer them, share yoru thoughts. 1. do you think dating apps have adequately take the place of meeting new people or lovers in real life. 2. do you think real intimacy can take place on social media alone?
Women are better than men and want more from a man…and most boys and men are idiots… thats why its even still a problem lol
A little late but the question is who IS having sex and how and why. Starting there we can learn more about what is going on.

seeing this in 2022. ditched all social media except YouTube 3 weeks ago. Very happy about the decision, much recommend.
