My little sister lives 20 miles north of the school where the shooting occurred. I lived in the same house when I was in high school. Florida has become a crazy place, which is just one of the reasons I moved away, 16 years ago.
The far-right-wing crazies are everywhere. In my city and in yours.
The sane among us do our best to protect our families and loved ones. But there's only so much a person can do. The lawless anarchists who commit these mass murders know this, and they take advantage of our societal weaknesses.
America needs serious gun control measures in place to stop these freaks who just want to see the world burn. Support the Parkland students and their newly unveiled gun control plan. Thank you.

I live In parkland
a friend of mine that used to live in texas with me and others moved to parkland florida… a couple days ago, she told me and some friends a couple of days ago… her older brother died. she said her brother went to majory douglas high school… and his funeral was 2 days ago… i never personally met her brother, he was in a couple of facetime calls here and there… but i felt so bad to hear about it because he had a life, and he had prom, graduation, marriage and a school shooting ended that… i’m just so shocked about all of it it really hurts my heart to hear he was a victim of this school shooting
