i really don't understand why everyone is flipping the fuck out about this video. there are a lot of really great things to get upset about, this video is not one of them. i live a great life, something i am thankful for every minute of everyday – a lot of it luck, some of it hardwork but ALL of it appreciated. i make no apologies for my love of life or for the opportunities i am given. when Samsung asked if i wanted to do somehting in France – anything at all so long as i filmed it on their phone – Jesse and i thought to make the video of living a life that we'd only seen in music videos or movies from the 70s. As kids a life like this seems impossible – we were given an opportunity to do something fun and this is that. nothing more.
EXPECTATIONS ARE DISAPPOINTMENTS IN THE MAKING – a challenge of making videos on youtube is the audience has such vivid expectations. so when a creator tries something new a lot of people rush to say something negative because it was unexpected. this video was one of the most fun productions of my life, working with my friends in an exotic location just to have fun. i'll never understand the hate
ps – to the folks saying i delete comments; look up how youtube comments work – i do not delete, there is an algorithm which determines what's at the top and what gets pushed down. that's not me.
