That was when Musk was seen as a genius and not an arrogant piece of shit like he is now
Elon musk did not start out wanting to replace gas powered cars with electric cars, he did not launch 19 rockets to space (the workers at SpaceX did that, with a lot of government subsidies), he did not build a tunnel driving cars through it (the workers at Boring company did that, despite the economics of it being highly questionable).
Elon musk did nothing but owned the capital that gives him the ability to start these companies. Whether or not he earned that capital, well that depends on how much you've looked into his history.
I'm really surprised at Casey's response here. I thought he would've looked at the tunnel, Elon Musk, and all of Elon's PR stunts and analyse it critically when forming his opinion, like how he does throughout his channel's history. But I guess not when it comes to Elon Musk. He's just a god to everyone at this point.

How impractical is this. Before you go into this tunnel you have to fit these bumpers to your car and how is the tunnel immune against jams? Its not a good concept in any way. Its a subway tunnel for a car. Why not built them for subways instead?
