My personal opinion is that people are consuming to much food daily , And that sounds dumb because obviously that's the problem but I feel that if people were to restrict super surgery, and sodium filled foods, and go on a calorie deficits with small amounts of exercise weight loss would be much more possible with in our larger society. People might fear weight loss because there is no middle ground , for example they view media showing people with 6 packs, and god like bodies which sucks because the perception is that they have to instantly get into that type of shape which in reality is unrealistic. I hope one day weight becomes less of a big deal, but at the same time we live in a world where things become more accessible day by day. Just some food for thought.
