Yeaaa thats why I learned to always put the outside pedal downin corners. Mind you I rode an ebike so was never in a position where I needed to pedal mid corner.

on the early meeting thing, health issues can sometime cause morning / night flair ups and having a buffer time to manage those is often really nice. Otherwise, I do agree tho that to meet in the morning is often the most productive way to be.
