Nobody thought the towers were fall! Heard the confused news on my car radio..driving up the 405 in LA, 6:25 AM PST.
For me rest of the world it was the best day of my life because I'm that much of a cynical american

My uncle worked in the North Tower for a few months as he was living in New York at the time and was on his way there when the first plane hit. Him being on time would've killed him.
I’ve always wondered what the closest people lived to the twin towers, but here’s the thing I’m just a hick from north central Florida. So if someone says a half a block 2 blocks or whatever it doesn’t really tell me anything because where I live a block might be a mile I would just like to know in feet or miles.
It makes me sick how fast people have quietly forgotten about 9/11. I remember thinking its war now. Little did i know that meant 20 years in the desert wasting blood and gold . America has fallen spiritually and physically since then. We were so united after 9/11. You could walk up to total strangers and just visit with them about there life and how 9/11 effected them. There was a common thread between all of us and we loved each other. Now its all divided and me first and hatred…. its been hard to watch it fall apart after just 20 years….

I feel for all who lost loved ones that day. The deception and narrative that came from that day is unreal. There were no planes, explosives were in the towers, and a missile hit the Pentagon. The citizens of America were attacked by the government that day. Look what has come of it.
