I think it rained out last night, it was all wet. Babies are asleep, so this is like this little kind of surf town that candace found it's like two hours from where we live and it's great. We stay in the same house every time, they're really good about like making sure it's all clean for coveted stuff. There's nobody around the kids like it.
It's a nice way of breaking up the monotony of like never leaving the house. We love it here. The whole squad is here too, which is really nice, candace's parents and candace's sister. Well, that's it, but it's look.
It's the family, which is really nice. You know every time candace and i want to move back to new york city. We have like a weekend like this or a get-together like this. That's why we moved 3000 miles across the country family.
That's why we did it family. You think these kids are okay, if i leave them here. I, like one of my favorite parts of um, this town is there's all these towny kids that are really good, surfers and they're all really nice and most of them watch my youtube videos uh this is is isaiah here. Do you think if i gave you this new girl pro, you can make a surf video and make me look good isaiah.

You have been living here during the pandemic. Hopefully it will be over soon and I believe your experience will be a lot better. I moved from Milwaukee to LA 5 years ago, and it was very hard for the first two years. We love it now. Also, YOU HAVE THE MONEY!!!! Why don’t you live in both!!? If I had the money I would live half of the year in Mexico City and the other half in LA. Just saying.
I agree with her! Cali is not a real city! It’s an ok place to visit but I can think of many other much nicer places to surf at!
NYC is a real city! (Obviously) There is also much less fakery in NYC! There’s also more small community togetherness there!

I can so deeply relate- I am so sorry Candice! I literally HATE LA… sure the weathers nice, but what difference does that make when all the people are pretty much completely awful? It is so not the same. I am so sorry you’re struggling so much and I just hope there is some way you can find hope in your situation. I promised myself I would NEVER permanently live in LA EVER AGAIN. Sending love and hope. 💕💞
I agree with her, CA is good for couple of weeks, and then back to NYC for life. All those little surf towns are become very boring very fast. I love New York.
… but Candice was the one who wanted to leave. Looks like Casey has adjusted more. I left NY myself and moved to London. Now i love to visit and get that NY hit, but then it's so good to leave. Maybe when the pandemic allows you to travel make regular visits back … Then you'll have the best of both worlds.
It took my nervous system 3 years to acclimate to London energy, from having lived in NY for over 20 years. It takes time, give yourself that time to figure things out.
I personally found LA to be very sleepy and not very inspiring, but i think as we get older and have family it's good to have more room (literally) and to not always work like one does in NY (like you said).
I feel you, Casey, but you will figure it out. Your talent is always with you and when the time is rip it will all be clear for you.

I think he should move to San Clemente, Laguna Beach, or maybe even San Diego. They would be much better suited towards Casey’s vlogs if he stays in California. Laguna beach is near both Dana point and San Clemente. Which both have that small town surf vibes. He could also ride his long board through town or ride the old school trolleys.
However, even New York won’t be the same with the pandemic. Just not a great time for his style of vlogs.
Everyone is leaving California for the same reason. They tax you to death, too many regulations, and if you want to see what a nation would look like that is run by the democratic party, just look at Cali. You couldn't PAY ME to live in that shit hole.

Casey literally does anything to make his wife Candice happy but she never seems content. Smh. Idk why people defend her so much. She seems so unhappy and unappreciative. That’s a problem from within and no city or partner will fix that.
